photo gallery 13-14

(Above-below) The first photo was taken during the wake of the late Master Elmer Ybanez. (Left-right) Inside this photo are Master Nathan Dominguez, Master Jon Escudero, Master Artemio Pagarigan, Master Romy Valenzuela and an unknown LESKAS member. Master Artemio passed away in the 2005. Those who love and respect him will sorely miss him. Master Artemio was my brother's first student. The second photo, on the other hand, was taken during the 2001 World Chung Ju Festival. Inside this photo are (left-right) Master Ronald Ramirez, Master Jon Escudero, Mr. Joey Sumilier, GM Benjamin Luna Lema, Mr. Joey Quiriones and Master Nathan Dominguez. It is here that arnis de mano shine in all its glory. The Phil. Delegate became famous throughout South Korea. This became possible because of one man; GM Ben Lema and Master Ronald Ramirez. The famous "dynamic duo" showed to the world the power and beauty of the Filipino martial art of arnis de mano. Without them everything would have been a failure.
Note: These photos were taken by the UP LESKAS.

(Above-Below) The first photo was taken in the UP Vanguard Gym, 2001. It is here that I first receive my 9th Dan BlackBelt from GM Ben Lema. The second person standing from my left is Mel, the man who made my logo. The 3rd person from my left is Master Nicanor Envirga; whom we fondly called Mang Nick or Tandang Nick. I really missed these guys. The 2nd and last photo was taken in the Quezon City Hall. In here, together with the Tung Il Moo Do contingent, we demonstrated our martial art. The people I'm with, besides my Master Ronald and his son, Martin, is my number one student Mr. Edgardo "Junie" Brillo (sitting on my right) and my brother, Master Eugene Ogardo, Jr..

GM Ben Lema espada y daga quarta

In this film, made by Mandirigma Production, GM Benjamin Luna Lema showcase his famous espada y daga quarta; rumored by his closest students and associates as the very technique he has used against Cebu's finest champion, in the famed "Battle of the Grandmasters", whom he demolished and defeated in grand style; GM Timoteo Maranga. The film is wrong in assuming that what he has shown is the application of the 12 fighting methods of his system.
